Triumf Health provides Players with access to the services. Our privacy policy is designed in accordance with numerous national and international regulation frameworks. We process any information you submit on this website confidentially and according to the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

Triumf Health is dedicated to maintaining the privacy and integrity of your personal information. As such, we have policies and procedures and other safeguards to help protect your personal information from improper use and disclosure.

The information we collect about you and how we use it

An account is required to use our Platform. For account creation, Players need to enter their email address and password (at least  8 characters).

We also collect and use your in-game actions and achievements, as well as certain information about your mobile device (including device identifiers, device OS, model), to operate the Platform for you and to personalize your gameplay and user experience.

Data collection method

In-game data is collected through gameplay. Based on that, Triumf Health acts as the data controller (contact: support@triumf.health). The data of individual Players is encrypted both during transit and storage in a cloud database located in the EU. This encryption ensures that even when accessing the database, it is impossible to identify any specific Player.

We rely on your consent to use cookies or similar technologies to save your login credentials on the device if you choose to be remembered for quick login, as well as your language selection for the app, your character position and your tutorial progress.

The collected data may be used for scientific purposes to improve the game and/or evaluate the game’s effectiveness. This may include publishing aggregate, anonymous information (which means that it is not possible to link the data with a specific Player) about our Players in the context of providing public information and conducting academic research. This data also may be shared with policy makers (public sector institutions).

How do we keep your data safe?

We have appropriate legal, organizational and technical security measures in place to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, improperly altered or disclosed. We also limit access to your Personal Data to employees who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so

In case of data confidentiality breach (when data leaks to third parties from the Player side, e.g. the Player shares his/her login details), then support@triumf.health needs to be immediately contacted. In case of data confidentiality breach (when data leaks to third parties from Triumf Health), then support@triumf.health will be in contact in regards to what appropriate steps shall be taken to solve the issue. Triumf Health platform is GDPR friendly.

With whom do we share information with

We will not share any Personal Data that we have collected from or regarding you except as described below:

  • As required by law: Certain laws permit or require certain uses and disclosures of personal information, for example, for public health activities, health oversight activities and law enforcement. We may be required to disclose information for these and other compliance purposes, including as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by a judicial process or government agency. In these instances, we will only use or disclose your personal information to the extent the law requires.

  • Provide technical and customer support.

  • Process payments for purchases.

We do not store your credit/debit card details; they are processed directly by a third party processor (for example, Google, Apple) that will store all payment information and transaction details. We will only retain details of transactions on secure servers and we will not retain your credit or debit card information.

Your rights and choices related to the data

Players have no direct access to the data stored in the databases. If a player wishes to delete their data, they can do so from inside the app settings through the “Delete Account” button. Additionally, if a player has uninstalled the app or cannot access their account, they can contact support@triumf.health to request the deletion of their account or data. If the Player wishes to receive a copy of his or her data, he or she is asked to send a message to the support@triumf.health email. Data will be sent within a month’s time at latest. However, please note that receiving a copy of the data does not give any rights for the intellectual property of the platform. It is forbidden to share detailed information and/or content of the game that would enable to publish, disclose or otherwise make the Platform available. It means that the received data can be used only for personal use and cannot be shared with others. Derivative products based on Platform data are not allowed without obtaining the license for the Intellectual Property from Triumf Health.

How long will we keep your data

If your account has been inactive for one year (you have not used the game for 365 days) then you will receive an email from support@triumf.health to notify you that your account details will be deleted unless you respond to the email within seven days stating that you would still like to resume playing. After you are being notified via email and you take no action, you will not be able to log in with your account anymore because your login credentials will be deleted (once seven days has passed from the notification email). If you respond to the notification email that you would like to resume playing but your account remains inactive for 30 days following the response then your inactive account will be deleted in spite of the response. Your anonymous in-game data will be stored after the account login details have been deleted. Anonymous in-game data will be stored for an unlimited period for research purposes and for public sector decision making.

Amendments

Triumf Health may amend this document at any time. This means that Triumf Health can update the terms and conditions by revising this text. In case the terms and conditions document is updated, you will receive a notification stating the changes in the privacy policy. You need to accept the new version of the terms and conditions before you can continue playing. In legal terms, this means that amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon you.
